About TOEFL
Definition
TOEFL stands for Test Of Home as a Foreign Language. TOEFL is a standardized English language skills in writing a person (de jure) that includes four aspects of acquisition: Listening, Writing and Reading.
TOEFL scoring system using the conversion of each correct answer. TOEFL scores can be achieved the highest one is 675.

TOEFL Test Objectives
TOEFL has two general objectives are: Academic and General. In the same form, certification recommendations to the TOEFL can use both of these things.
Academic tests are used for educational, research or related academic activities abroad, or in Indonesia. For post-graduate, usually a minimum value is 550. whereas for S1 is 500
General is generally used for the purpose of employment, promotion or job assignment. Many companies that installed the English language standard of employees by looking at TOEFL score - his. Generally, a minimum TOEFL score is 500 for a standard promoted.
As far as I see, the range of average TOEFL score - average of Indonesia with a minimum education level S1 is very volatile. However, a TOEFL score or a graduate student majoring in English language does not guarantee even higher. Does anyone TOEFL score guarantee English language skills a person?
Generally, people understand that language is English speaking, conversation, cas cis cus and so on. English language covers 4 main skills: Listening (digestion words through hearing), Writing (digestion words through writing and grammar), reading (the meaning of a text digestion language) and Speaking (able to pronounce).
Talking about language acquisition, it can not be removed from the mastery of four skills earlier, perfectly. However, many of them think, what is important is the ability to say, even with a full grammar of tolerance and a crude choice of words and the origin met.

DESCRIPTION

I was born in one town in Jakarta, my parents gave names to me by name ELTA FITRIA NINGSIH usually called elta / thatha. I was born on 23 March 1989 at one regional hospital in south Jakarta. According to my friend of my strengths, my man: maniez, kind, helpful, smart (default), playful (humorous)
My shortcomings: bad-tempered, I'm not good in English language courses
I'm not like people who are not on time, like promised but not in keep.

I adjust depending on the attitude and the nature sikon people I encounter. So all of my assessment, I revert back to the people I encounter.

Letter of application and curriculum vitae (CV) is the first key to opening the gates of your dream career. With a cover letter and CV is, the company knew and know your qualifications.
